Meet the District Nurse - Amanda Ehrler

My name is Amanda Ehrler and I am the Galena School District Nurse. I am a Registered Nurse serving at both Galena Elementary and Middle School and Galena High School for grades PK-12. I have always been a pirate and grew up in Galena and attended Galena school myself. Previously, I worked in Pediatrics for about 10 years and I love to work with kids. My family and I live in Galena. I have 3 children, a son at Loras College, a daughter at University of Arizona Online, and a daughter who is a freshman at GHS. We also have 3 dogs! All of our dogs are doodles, 2 Labradoodles and 1 Goldendoodle. I love dogs. Other things I like to do in my free time is spend time with my family traveling, watch my daughter cheerleading, and work at our family business.
